Newham's Holiday School offers fun, educational activities for students aged eight to 19 during the October school holidays, Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October 2008.
On 24 August 2008 the Beijing Olympic Games came to a close. The eyes of the world are now on London - and Newham - as hosts of the next summer Olympic Games. To mark the occasion films have been produced starring Newham people performing Olympic-inspired feats and reflecting on their dreams and ambitions for 2012.
