New Pathways is a production led intensive training programme for 15 new entrants to film from traditionally under represented groups designed to explore new and accessible filmmaking technology, alternative routes of exhibition and distribution and how to apply them to a short film production.
Participants to the scheme will be invited to pitch their script developed through the training scheme to a panel of judges who will award 6 film bursaries of £1500. A total of two bursaries will be awarded from each Borough.
New Pathways 5 day intensive training programme will be delivered by the New Producers Alliance, an international training and support provider for film producers, screenwriters and directors. Training will take place at 3 Mills Studio, London's largest film and television studio based on the historic Three Mills Island in Bromley-by-Bow, east London.
Please Note: Applicants will need to commit to the 5 day Training Programme to be eligible for scheme.
The Film Fund is looking for original and exciting stories told with a fresh individual voice that utilise locations from the three partner Boroughs and will embrace new technology and ways of distribution.
