Let’s Party - Mumzy backs Newham.com

The multi-talented urban R’n’B artist Mumzy, who hails from Plaistow has given the thumbs up to Newham.com.

Urban R’n’B artist Mumzy gives Newham.com the thumbs up

He believes that this is a very good step for Newham to interact with the Community and showcase the huge array of talent that is coming out of the borough.

The 23 year-old who recently backed the borough's Enough is Enough campaign said: "Newham is a happening place, it's very exciting times ahead, what with the Olympics coming up. I'm very excited and Newham.com is launching at just the right time in my opinion. It will be the new interactive voice of Newham."

With his as yet untitled debut album to be released in February, Mumzy feels that he can pave the way for other talented artists from within Newham. "I was lucky enough to be noticed by Rishi Rich, who has produced songs for Britney and Madonna as well as taking Jay Sean to mainstream recognition. This year will be a great year for me and I feel that Newham.com will also be a massive hit," says the talented artist.
