There are four free audio-guided walking tours for you to discover. Why not stretch your legs on a series of fascinating guided walks of Newham's most interesting areas. Learn about hidden history and local treasures and let your iPod or MP3 player be your guide. Alternatively you can download the map and directions.

This 1.5 hour circular walk showcases an exhilarating mix of Asian Fashion and food and premier league football.

This reinvigorating 2 hour walk explores Royal Docks, Europe's most impressive expanse of enclosed water.

 

 

 

Stratford Underground StationWalk Stratford
This 1.5 to 2 hour walk takes you on an exciting tour of Stratford, the main gateway to the 2012 Games and already a thriving, youthful area full of cultural aspiration.

 

 

Three MillsWalk Three Mills
This leisurely 1 hour walk features history, heritage and wildlife of the fascinating Three Mills area.

(Please note that due to temporary road works some of this walk may be obstructed.)
