The unique seven kilometre route links Victoria Park to Beckton, slicing through the borough, much of it at roof height, providing stunning views of East London's heritage, landscape and regeneration sites.
The site is also a super-highway for rare wildlife and will become one of the easiest ways to beat the traffic and walk to the Olympic Park.
The traffic-free route is a favourite with pedestrians, ramblers, cyclists, schools and nature lovers, but it could do with some TLC.
The money will be spent on improving:
- Existing entrances
- Access ramps and steps
- Barriers and fencing
- Street furniture and signage
- Creating new entrances and improving links to the Greenway and nearby green spaces.
We need your vote!

You can only vote once, there is no age restriction and you don't have to live in the borough to vote. So tell all your friends and family.
