- Once you have successfully passed the course, you could become self employed and work for LB Newham for a payment fee - as long as you can provide the service being asked for by the client

What being a Community Planner involves:
- Helping to plan and organise support needed for people with a variety of disabilities
- Working in a social services environment, however, you do not need to have previous experience of social services or professional qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- To have good links with your community, and helping to support others within it
- A "can do" attitude to life
- Would be able to provide the service for people living in Newham
- Can meet the needs of the diverse languages spoken in Newham
