Sport and leisure activities targeted at disabled people

GLL, the operators of leisure centres in Newham, are offering a range of activities targeted at disabled people.
New age curling

Newham Swim School 12 Week Course for Disabled young people
Dates: Tuesdays (12 weeks from 6 May - 22 July)
Times: 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Venue: Newham Leisure Centre
Cost: £20 for the full 12 weeks

New Age Kurling
Dates: Wednesday (from 30 April - 2 July)
Times: 4- 5.30pm
Venue: Newham Leisure Centre
Cost: Free
Open to all

Free use of the Gym for one year for people with learning disabilities
Newham Primary Care Trust is working in partnership with Newham Leisure Centre to increase Fitness Centre access for Adults with Learning Disabilities
Dates: Tuesdays
Times: 1.30-3.30pm
Venue: Newham Leisure Centre
Cost: Free
