Forest Gate community forum health event

A free, fun event aimed at the whole community - to give health, and healthy living advice and information, with sports and dance tasters, beauty therapies and treatments, and childrens fun activities and face painting.

Find out about a range of health issues, have a free health check up and learn how to keep fit.

  • Enjoy beauty therapies: Indian head massage, nail art, henna tattoos and hair braiding
  • Face painting, fun activities and a bouncy castle
  • Sport and dance tasters
